Special Notes
For optimal performance, professional tuning is recommended after installation to match engine displacement, cam profile, and exhaust system.
Periodic cleaning and inspection of jets, needles, and float bowl are advised, especially when using ethanol-blended fuels.
Ensure correct throttle cable free play and vacuum port connections (for CV models) to avoid erratic idle or hesitation.
All custom jetting and venturi modifications should be validated on a dynamometer or under real riding conditions.
